Account roles and onboarding
Choose a role, finish its setup, and switch between eligible workspaces.
Frequently asked questions
Which role should I choose?
Choose creative talent to build a portfolio and pursue jobs. Choose recruiter to represent a company, post jobs, and manage applicants. Eligible accounts can add or manage roles later in Settings.
Why am I sent to onboarding?
Each role needs its own required profile details. Creative and recruiter onboarding are separate, and Crealenty may return you to the page you originally requested after setup.
Step-by-step guide
Set up an account role
- Step 1
Register, choose Creative or Recruiter, accept the current policies, and confirm your account when prompted.
- Step 2
Complete the onboarding form for that role with accurate profile or company details.
- Step 3
Use Dashboard or Settings to review your active role and add another eligible role later.
Profile visibility and discovery
Control whether a talent profile appears publicly and review what visitors see.
Frequently asked questions
Is my talent profile public immediately?
No. A talent profile has a visibility control in Settings. Hiding it removes the public profile from discovery; publishing portfolio changes is a separate action.
How can people find a public profile?
Visible talent profiles can appear in the Talents directory and at their public profile URL. Categories, skills, location, availability, and portfolio details help people assess fit; they do not guarantee discovery or work.
Step-by-step guide
Review public visibility
- Step 1
Open Settings and find Profile visibility.
- Step 2
Choose whether the talent profile is visible, then save the change.
- Step 3
Open the public profile or Talents directory to verify the visitor-facing result.
Portfolio builder and publishing
Build a portfolio draft, manage media, preview it, and publish deliberate changes.
Frequently asked questions
Are builder edits public immediately?
No. The builder autosaves draft changes. Preview shows the draft, while Publish updates the public portfolio. Applying a template can change the draft, so preview before publishing.
What belongs in the media library?
Upload media you own or have permission to use, then place it in supported portfolio widgets. Removing or replacing an item in the draft does not publish the change until you choose Publish.
Step-by-step guide
Build and publish a portfolio
- Step 1
Open Portfolio editor and add widgets or apply a suitable template.
- Step 2
Open Media to upload and select permitted assets for supported widgets.
- Step 3
Use Preview to inspect layout, content, and links at visitor sizes.
- Step 4
Return to the editor and choose Publish only when the draft is ready.
Finding jobs and using filters
Search public jobs with precise Work type, Work setup, category, and location controls.
Frequently asked questions
Can I browse jobs without signing in?
Yes. Public jobs are browsable without an account. Saving a job or submitting an in-app application requires an eligible signed-in creative account.
How do Work type and Work setup differ?
Work type describes the engagement, and the search can include multiple Work type values. Work setup describes where the work happens: Fully remote, Remote — location restricted, Hybrid, On-site, or Not specified. Fully remote has no geographic restriction; use Remote — location restricted when applicants must be in a specific country, region, or time zone.
When do job filters take effect?
Work type, Work setup, category, and location filters apply as you change them. Add each Location chip by typing a value and pressing Enter. Keyword text applies only when you choose Search.
Step-by-step guide
Narrow a job search
- Step 1
Open Jobs and select one or more Work type values plus the relevant Work setup.
- Step 2
Add each Location chip by typing the place and pressing Enter; adjust other filters as needed.
- Step 3
Enter keywords and choose Search to apply the keyword text.
- Step 4
Open a result and review scope, setup, location requirements, schedule, compensation, deadline, and application method.
Saved jobs and applications
Keep opportunities, prepare an application, and track its current pipeline status.
Frequently asked questions
Where are saved jobs?
Signed-in creative accounts can save eligible job cards or pages and review them under Saved jobs. Removing a saved job does not withdraw an application.
Where can I see application status?
An in-app application appears on its job page and in the Hiring workspace with its current status, such as pending, reviewed, shortlisted, audition, offered, hired, rejected, or withdrawn. Available edit and withdrawal actions depend on status.
Does Crealenty track external applications?
No. When a job uses an external application page, follow that link and review the destination’s terms and privacy practices. Crealenty’s in-app application draft and status tools do not track that external submission.
Step-by-step guide
Save and apply in Crealenty
- Step 1
Choose Save on an eligible job, then reopen it from Saved jobs when ready.
- Step 2
On a job with in-app applications, choose Apply and complete the requested fields; the application form can save a draft.
- Step 3
Review the application and submit only when the details are accurate.
- Step 4
Return to the job or Hiring workspace to check status, edit when allowed, or withdraw when that action is available.
Messages and conversations
Start direct conversations, follow hiring context, and control unwanted contact.
Frequently asked questions
Where are my conversations?
Open Messages to search existing conversations or start a new one with an available person. Job and hiring surfaces can open a conversation with relevant application context.
What happens when an account is blocked?
A blocked conversation cannot continue normally. Use the thread’s safety actions to block or unblock when available, and report separately when moderators need context.
Step-by-step guide
Send a direct message
- Step 1
Open Messages and choose an existing conversation or New message.
- Step 2
Select an available person, write only information needed for the conversation, and send.
- Step 3
Use the thread safety menu if you need to block or report the other account.
Offers, bookings, and hiring
Track applications through offers and confirmed bookings without confusing platform records with payment handling.
Frequently asked questions
What can happen to an offer?
The current responder can accept, counter, or decline an offer; the sender can cancel when permitted. Review the latest rate, currency, schedule, deliverables, usage, expenses, and cancellation terms before responding.
What does accepting an offer create?
Accepting an eligible offer creates a booking in the Hiring workspace. Participants can view terms and, when available, record cancellation, completion confirmations, and reviews.
Does a booking mean Crealenty holds or pays the fee?
No. Crealenty records the hiring workflow but does not provide escrow or process marketplace compensation. Participants must agree on and handle payment directly.
Step-by-step guide
Review a hiring workflow
- Step 1
Open Hiring and select Applications, Offers, Auditions, or Bookings.
- Step 2
Open the item and verify the latest terms and the person involved.
- Step 3
Respond only with an available action, such as countering or accepting an offer.
- Step 4
For a booking, record completion, cancellation, or a review only when the corresponding control is available.
Recruiter company and team
Maintain the company identity and manage access to a shared recruiter workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Where is company information managed?
Recruiters can update the workspace company profile under Company. Use accurate public-facing details and only media the company is allowed to publish.
How does team access work?
The Team page shows workspace membership, seat use, roles, and invitations. Available invitation and member-management actions depend on the viewer’s workspace permissions and plan limits.
Step-by-step guide
Set up a recruiter workspace
- Step 1
Complete recruiter onboarding, then open Company to review the workspace profile.
- Step 2
Open Team to inspect members, roles, invitations, and available seats.
- Step 3
If permitted, invite an eligible account and manage its workspace role after it joins.
Posting and managing jobs
Create accurate drafts, publish or close listings, and manage applicants by status.
Frequently asked questions
Can a recruiter save a job before publishing?
Yes. Post a job can save a draft. Review the title, classification, setup, location, schedule, compensation, application method, and other terms before publishing.
Where are applicants managed?
Manage jobs links each posting to its applicant list. Recruiters with access can review details and move eligible applications through the available pipeline actions.
What does closing a job do?
Closing changes the posting from open to closed so it is no longer an active opportunity. Use Manage jobs to edit or republish only when those actions are offered for the current status.
Step-by-step guide
Publish and manage a job
- Step 1
Open Post a job, complete accurate opportunity details, and save a draft if it is not ready.
- Step 2
Review the draft, then publish it from the available job controls.
- Step 3
Open Manage jobs and choose Applicants for the relevant posting.
- Step 4
Use only available status actions, and close the job when it should stop accepting interest.
Safety, blocking, and reporting
Limit contact and submit relevant context through the available safety controls.
Frequently asked questions
What can I report?
Where a Report action is shown, you can report the relevant profile, job, message, or hiring interaction. Choose the closest reason and include only useful context; submitted reports appear in the signed-in Safety center.
Is blocking the same as reporting?
No. Blocking limits contact with that account. Reporting sends context for moderation review. Use either or both controls according to the situation.
What if someone is in immediate danger?
Crealenty is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate local authority first, then use Crealenty’s report tools when it is safe.
Step-by-step guide
Report a concern
- Step 1
Open the relevant profile, job, message, or hiring surface and choose its safety actions.
- Step 2
Select Report, choose the closest reason, add necessary context, and submit.
- Step 3
Choose Block too when you need to limit contact, and review your records in the Safety center.
Plans and PayPal subscriptions
Compare software access plans, complete PayPal approval, and stop future renewal.
Frequently asked questions
What does a subscription cover?
A subscription covers only the Crealenty software plan shown at checkout. It does not pay talent or recruiters, fund a job or booking, provide escrow, or process marketplace compensation.
How is a paid plan activated?
Pricing shows available plans and displayed USD billing. Paid checkout continues on PayPal, then returns to Crealenty so approval and access can be confirmed.
How do I cancel?
Open Subscription billing in Settings and choose Cancel subscription when available. This stops a pending approval or future renewal; verified paid access remains only while its current billing period and payment status are valid.
Step-by-step guide
Review or cancel a plan
- Step 1
Open Pricing and compare current software plans, intervals, limits, and displayed USD prices.
- Step 2
Choose a paid plan and complete approval on PayPal, then wait for Crealenty to confirm access.
- Step 3
Open Settings and select Subscription billing to review status and dates.
- Step 4
Choose Cancel subscription to stop a pending approval or future renewal, then read the confirmation.
Privacy, account settings, deletion, and support
Manage account details, understand deletion, and contact the correct public support surface.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I manage account and privacy choices?
Settings contains profile details, profile visibility, role controls, account security, subscription billing, and account actions. The Privacy Notice explains data handling; analytics consent can be managed separately.
What happens when I delete my account?
Account deletion is permanent and removes the login and public profile. Personal profile data is erased or anonymized, while transaction, message, and safety records may be retained in anonymized form when needed for other members or legal obligations. Open PayPal subscription state may need safe cancellation first.
How should I contact Support?
Use the public Support page for account, billing, privacy, or safety help. Include safe-to-share context, but never send passwords, authentication codes, government identifiers, card or bank details, or PayPal login information.
Step-by-step guide
Change settings or request help
- Step 1
Open Settings and choose the relevant profile, roles, security, billing, or account section.
- Step 2
Review the change carefully and use the provided save or confirmation control.
- Step 3
For permanent deletion, open Delete account and complete the explicit confirmation only when ready.
- Step 4
If the control fails or the issue needs review, open Support and send only non-sensitive details.
