Terms of Service

These terms set the rules for using Crealenty during its founding marketplace pilot.

Effective August 4, 2026
Version 2026-08-04

Pilot eligibility and your account

By creating an account or using signed-in features, you agree to these Terms. The founding pilot is for adults only.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter agreements. Do not create or manage an account for a minor.
  • Provide accurate, current account, profile, portfolio, job, availability, and company information. Protect your login and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • If you act for an agency, company, or client, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it and to give teammates the access you assign.

What Crealenty does—and does not do

Crealenty provides discovery, portfolio, messaging, application, audition, offer, booking, completion, and review tools. It is a workflow marketplace, not an employer, talent agency, recruiter, or party to agreements between users.

Crealenty does not currently collect or release payments, hold deposits, provide escrow, process payroll, or guarantee that anyone will pay. Users must agree on payment method, tax, invoicing, expenses, cancellation, usage rights, and other commercial terms directly.

Crealenty does not guarantee a job, applicant, hire, booking, employment relationship, or successful project. Profiles, verification indicators, reviews, job posts, availability, identities, skills, background, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Evaluate opportunities and counterparties yourself before sharing sensitive information, travelling, auditioning, or beginning work.

Profiles, portfolios, and content

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You are responsible for having every permission needed for images, recordings, music, performances, trademarks, testimonials, personal data, and client work you publish or share.

You grant Crealenty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, resize, transcode, display, and distribute your content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service according to your visibility and workflow choices.

Do not upload confidential work, private auditions, or another person’s image, voice, performance, or personal information without authorization and any required model, performer, client, or rights-holder consent.

Portfolio owners may add approved embeds and custom presentation scripts. Custom scripts run in a restricted sandbox, but approved embeds and HTTPS requests can still involve third parties. Portfolio owners must disclose and obtain any consent required for those services and must not use code to mislead, track unlawfully, or bypass security controls.

Messages, conduct, and safety

Crealenty messages are not end-to-end encrypted. The service stores message content and may access or disclose it when reasonably necessary to deliver the service, investigate reports, protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Do not send passwords, government identifiers, financial credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

You must follow the Community & Safety Rules. Harassment, discrimination, coercion, fraud, impersonation, sexual exploitation, unsafe audition demands, spam, malware, illegal activity, and attempts to evade blocks or enforcement are prohibited.

Service changes, suspension, and responsibility

The pilot may change, pause, lose data, or end. Features are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or any particular marketplace result. Keep your own copies of important content and agreements.

We may restrict content or access, preserve evidence, suspend an account, or end participation when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, pilot integrity, or violations of these Terms. You may delete your account from Settings, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for your dealings with other users and for losses arising from your content, conduct, agreements, work, travel, or off-platform payments. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may revise these Terms as the pilot evolves. Material changes will use a new version and, when required, we will request acceptance again. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
