Community & Safety Rules

Crealenty should help adults arrange legitimate creative work without coercion, deception, harassment, or unsafe audition practices.

Effective August 4, 2026
Version 2026-08-04

The baseline

Treat every person, portfolio, identity, and opportunity with professional respect.

  • The founding pilot is for people aged 18 or older. Do not recruit, represent, create an account for, or upload sexualized content involving a minor.
  • Use a truthful identity and relationship to the work. Do not impersonate talent, clients, agencies, brands, or Crealenty, and do not fabricate credentials, reviews, jobs, rates, or verification.
  • Obtain clear permission before recording, sharing, publishing, editing, or using another person’s image, voice, audition, performance, personal data, or creative work.

Prohibited conduct and content

The following is not allowed on Crealenty or in activity arranged through it:

  • Threats, stalking, harassment, hate, discriminatory exclusion, degrading treatment, retaliation, unwanted sexual attention, or attempts to evade a block.
  • Scams, fake jobs, advance-fee schemes, phishing, impersonation, misleading compensation, hidden commercial terms, spam, malware, or requests for passwords or financial credentials.
  • Sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercive or surprise nudity, requests for sexual acts, or audition material whose intimate nature was not clearly disclosed and freely agreed in advance.
  • Illegal goods, services, discrimination, violence, dangerous instructions, intellectual-property abuse, or work that violates applicable labor, advertising, privacy, or performer-protection rules.
  • Doxxing, sharing private contact or identity information without permission, posting confidential client material, or using portfolio scripts, links, or embeds for undisclosed tracking or security bypasses.

Safer auditions and hiring

State the real client or agency relationship, role, location, schedule, deliverables, usage, compensation, expenses, response deadline, and material risks before asking someone to commit. Correct changed terms promptly.

Use the least sensitive audition material needed. Do not demand nudity, sexual contact, unnecessary identity documents, private-home meetings, or unsafe travel. Respect a person’s decision to decline, bring support where appropriate, or stop an interaction.

Crealenty does not process payments or escrow. Be cautious with deposits, equipment purchases, check overpayments, cryptocurrency, gift cards, rushed transfers, or moving a conversation off-platform. Confirm counterparties and record agreed terms before work begins.

Block, report, and get help

Use the block and report controls available on profiles, messages, jobs, and hiring surfaces. Blocking limits future contact; reporting sends relevant information to the moderation queue. For account or policy help, contact Support.

Keep messages, job details, agreements, payment records, and other evidence. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence, and do not publish accusations or private data as a substitute for reporting.

Crealenty is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local authority first.

Review and enforcement

Crealenty may review account, profile, portfolio, workflow, message, and technical records relevant to a report. Reports should be honest; a report does not guarantee a particular outcome or disclosure of confidential review details.

Depending on context and severity, we may remove or limit content, warn a user, restrict messaging or features, preserve evidence, suspend or close an account, or refer a matter to authorities where appropriate.

Retaliating against someone for raising a good-faith safety concern, declining work, setting a boundary, or participating in a review is itself a violation.
