What You'll Do:

• Develop branding and packaging design solutions from concept to execution, translating strategy into compelling visual outcomes.
• Create and apply visual identity systems across packaging, digital, social, environmental, and communication touchpoints, demonstrating strong visualisation skills and fresh thinking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work, leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and design development.
• Contribute to presentations, brand guidelines, and design rationale while demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a solution-oriented approach to creative challenges.

What You'll Need:

• Prior experience in branding, packaging, design consultancy, or in-house brand teams, with a portfolio showcasing strong visual design, visualisation, typography, and craft.
• Experience working on FMCG and/or personal grooming brands is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of packaging and visual identity systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, with the ability to effectively utilise AI tools throughout the creative process.
• A detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset, bringing fresh ideas, resilience, and a strong solution-oriented attitude to fast-paced project environments.
